Honored as a Digital Trailblazer in SRHR Advocacy under the Right Here Right Now program. Rachael founded Great Ladies Organization in 2019 with a vision to empower adolescent girls and young women through grassroots solutions in SRHR, mental health, and advocacy.
Winner of the 2025 PANGEJ Storytelling Advocacy Contest and the Zuri Award for outstanding leadership. Stacy leads our mental health initiatives through the Tubonge webinar series and represents Great Ladies in national and pan-African forums on gender equality and SRHR.
Leads our digital advocacy and communications strategy, managing our growing online presence that now reaches over 2,500 followers. Racheal coordinates quarterly reports and ensures our impact stories are shared effectively with partners and supporters.
Leads impactful youth mental health and SRHR sessions, including launching the Jiamini Program for self-esteem and leadership among children. Vivian coordinates our She Thrives program and community engagement activities across Kisumu County.
